Refer a friend and when they go unconditional

How it works

  • Refer someone to us.

  • If they become a client and go unconditional, we send you $2,000 as a thank-you.

Why it matters

  • We want you as our biggest supporter so you buy more property and tell everyone what a wonderful job we did.

What you get

Retention fee — $3,000 (on signing)

  • We book and manage essentials: inspections.

  • Agent outreach, scheduling and processes and on-the-ground checks via trusted locals where needed.

  • Coordination and follow-up long after purchase so momentum isn’t lost.

Balance — $9,000 (when your contract goes unconditional)

  • Evidence-based price appraisal and tailored purchase strategy.

  • Negotiation/auction support and contract-to-settlement guidance.

  • Clear updates so you always know what’s happening.

When you pay

  • On signing: $3,000 retention (non-refundable; covers upfront work and third-party costs listed above).

  • When unconditional: $9,000 balance (only payable if your contract goes unconditional).

Common Questions
Is the retention fee refundable?

No. It covers the upfront work and third-party costs we manage on your behalf.

What if my contract never goes unconditional?

You only pay the retention. The $9,000 balance isn’t due

Are third-party costs fully covered by the retention?

We use the retention to pay for inspections as needed. Anything outside scope is discussed with you first.
